About this Project
Situated in the industrial precinct of Forrestfield, the brief for this customer required the site to prepare earthworks and install 28,000m2 external, 4000m2 internal of concrete administration, maintenance facility, warehouse space, coupled with recessed drop pits for underfloor heavy maintenance.
Our scope includes the formation and erection of a total of 150 precast panels with average output of 11 panels per day. The progress is an ahead of schedule, structurally expressive facility which exceeds tenant and client expectations.
