WAC removes interface issues between structural, mechanical, and piping disciplines and supports installation through the management of complex and heavy lifts, confined space entry, access and working at heights as well as mechanical assembly works, all in accordance with manufacturer and engineering specifications.

Capabilities:

• Structural steel supply and erection
• Installation of heavy mechanical equipment such as crushers, screens, mills, ship loaders, stackers, reclaimers, compressors, process skids, boilers and turbines (gas and steam)
• Installation of above and below-ground piping systems for petrochemical and mineral processing facilities. This includes carbon and stainless steel, non-ferrous and exotic piping materials
• Installation of large bins and tanks for the mineral processing and petrochemical industries. This includes thickeners, process tanks, elevated storage bins, silos and storage tanks

Our construction expertise, project management skills and proven track record in project delivery have won the confidence of our trusted clients and partners. We specialise in:

• Overall project management, design, procurement, fabrication, erection, installation and commissioning of all major plant and equipment 
• Subcontract management of all associated construction services, including earthworks, civils, refractories, and insulation 
• Wet/dry commissioning of plant equipment, systems testing and pre-commissioning services 
• Management and coordination of multidisciplinary design functions through alliance partners and/or subcontractors 
• Provision of construct-ability analysis and reviews
